Our holistic manager Lorna has lots of experience with Yoga and relaxation. She set up her own business called Be Relaxed which helps schools, nurseries, children, adults and families with wellbeing, resilience, self-esteem, awareness and confidence.
Lorna runs two classes at Jubilee House. Be Relaxed for Adults and Be Relaxed for Children.

BE RELAXED FOR ADULTS
The focus is on gentle self care and compassion. Using mindful movement, breathing, gentle stretches, self massage, restorative yoga and deep rest to leave you feeling deeply relaxed, well rested and rejuvenated.
Fluffy blankets and relaxing atmosphere add to a truly special experience.
I invite you to slow down and come inside. I invite you to nourish yourself to release stress, time to reflect, and deep rest. Let go of ideas of self improvement and give yourself the gifts of acceptance and compassion.

BE RELAXED FOR KIDS
ages 5-11
Relax Kids classes last between 45 and 60 mins and are different from any others as they use a unique combination of mindful games, storytelling with exercises, stretching, breathing, massage as well as positive affirmations, visualisations, mindfulness and relaxations. The program allows children to have fun but also learn vital skills that will help them for years to come.
