We realise it may be difficult to get to us for any number of reasons. We currently run an outreach programme for any women who want support or advice. We have outreach drop in sessions in several locations, we can arrange for a meeting in a safe public place, or you could phone for a chat.
If you have any concerns about domestic abuse, even if you stuggle due to past abuse, please do not hesitate to contact us or drop into one of our sessions. Our highly trained staff will be able to help.
